“I don’t tell my story for attention. I tell it because it’s real…and because it matters.”

I am a survivor of domestic violence. There was a time when my life was defined by courtrooms, legal battles, and systems that did not always protect the truth. I stood in front of judges again and again, forced to navigate a process that can be as complex as it is imperfect.

I learned quickly that media can be used to shape narratives in ways that harm people. I saw how the legal system can be stretched and misused. I saw how authority, when placed in the wrong hands, can be leveraged in ways it was never intended.

But I also saw something else.

I saw what happens when you refuse to give up. I saw what happens when you hold your ground, stay focused, and keep going…no matter how difficult it gets.

And I won.

That experience didn’t just change my life…it defined my purpose.

WHAT I’VE BUILT

WHAT WE’VE CREATED

The Freebird Organization

Co-founded alongside the Honorable Janine Barbera Dalli, the judge who presided over my case and became a trusted partner and friend. Freebird exists to support survivors, break cycles, and give people the strength and resources to move forward.

FOUNDER

HERizon Alliance

I believe that success is the most powerful form of resilience. HERizon Alliance is a community of women who support one another in business, family, and life—grounded in integrity, growth, and real connection.

WHAT I BELIEVE

Justice matters.
Integrity matters.
The right people matter.
“And giving up is never an option.”

MY STORY

I am most proud of my four grown children. They are my greatest success, my grounding force, and the reason I continue to build with intention and purpose.

Professionally, I have built businesses, developed opportunities, and created networks that bring people together. I focus on execution, on results, and on creating real pathways forward.

My life has shown me both the best and worst of people and systems. It has reinforced what I believe at my core: this is not a story about survival alone. It is a story about growth, resilience, and building something meaningful from even the hardest chapters.

And I’m just getting started.
